- FULL PAYMENT
Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or COD.
We do not reserve orders without payment
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email
serves as confirmation of your registration.
- CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person. Please note that

- REFUND POLICY
Refund requests made more than 3 business days after receiving the order will be subject to
an administration fee of 50% percent of the price
Refund requests made between 2 and 3 business days after delivery are subject a 20%
percent administration fee
Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future
or package of your choice.
No refunds or transfers will be issued after 4 business days of delivery
